Summer opportunities in mathematics

as collected by Thomas Pietraho

Introduction

The summer is a great time to learn some new mathematics or explore a potential career path. What could be better than getting paid for doing something that you enjoy! Here are some resources to help you research some of these opportunities. This is by no means a comprehensive collection, but should give you a place to start. Begin with the overview video, or download the slides directly. At the end, there are testimonials from Bowdoin students who have worked in some of the named programs so that you have a sense what you might be in for. If you know of other programs that may be of interest to Bowdoin students, please let me know. I will add them to this collection.
